One of the recent achievements in SAP ERP system development is the automation of Financial Obligations Management process (credits, guarantees, loans) on the basis of «Treasury and Risk Management» module, which is the component of «Financial Chain Management» solutions.

The aim of the project in “Kazakhtelecom” JSC was the implementation of the Credit commitments management module within the unified automated information system of financial and economic activities management on the basis of SAP ERP software.

Credit commitments management information system is designed to automate complex procedures for collection of information, liability management and preparation of analytical forms of debt financing. Following objectives were achieved during the project:

1. forming of credit agreements database;
2. organization and supervision of credit obligations compliance;
3. analysis of credit obligations data;
4. automatic generation of accounting postings in SAP ERP;
5. automatic preparation of financial reporting forms.
