“Halyk Bank of Kazakhstan” JSC is the largest full-service business bank in the Republic of Kazakhstan that has been successfully operating for its customers' benefit for over 80 years already and is one of the most reliable and diversified financial structures in Kazakhstan.

Key_Century’s specialists began the implementation of SAP ERP solution in June 2005. During the project financial accounting, fixed assets accounting, management accounting, materials management, and personnel management in terms of administration, personnel development, organizational management and payroll processes were automated.

Consequently, following results were achieved:

• Optimization of mentioned business processes;
• Creation of a universal database and accounting system;
• Ability to analyze operational activities of the Bank;
• Reduction of time for making of management decisions;
• Development of 377 business decisions models;
• Increasing of Bank’s investment attractiveness and image.

• SAP Business Warehouse analytical reporting.
